At Glowbay, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 7 days of receiving it.

Eligibility for Return:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• Tags must remain attached.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale, clearance, or discounted items.

• Personal care products, undergarments, or accessories (for hygiene reasons).

Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
